Call Committee Weekly Congregational Report

This is the third weekly Call Committee report on our progress toward hiring a new Pastor.

Reporting week of: July 21, 2025

All committee members attended the in-person July 21st meeting.

Using feedback from the Ministry Site Profile, we identified three essential candidate qualities:

Ability to foster community within and beyond the congregation

Evangelism and mission focus

Strong interpersonal, communication, and media skills

We reviewed and began refining interview questions to match these priorities. This process will continue over the coming weeks.

Our next meeting is July 28th at Immanuel.
