Reporting Week of October 6, 2025

The Call Committee has begun the initial phase of interviews via Zoom. This week, we completed the first initial interview and have scheduled two more for next week. Each candidate is asked the same set of questions. This initial interview is designed to dive into a candidate's personality traits to determine their compatibility with the congregation's personality. Afterward, we will evaluate all candidates' profiles and interview performances to determine which, if any, should advance to a second Zoom interview.
